Decide
What should the organization actually do?
We recommend the path forward based on business value, feasibility, cost, risk, dependencies, and timing.
Deliverable: Recommended Strategy and Execution Roadmap
Evidence, not theater.
The amount of analysis should match the decision being made. We do not create complexity to make the engagement look sophisticated.
Useful evidence may include:
- financial impact
- cycle time
- wait time
- rework
- capacity
- error rates
- technology cost
- implementation dependencies
- risk and control exposure
- customer or employee impact
